The USKO has two Confidential Contact Persons who can offer a listening ear if you are dealing with issues such as sexually transgressive behavior, bullying, discrimination, aggression and violence, your own psychological well-being or other personal/confidential matters. One of the CCP's is part of the choir and the other of the orchestra.
The CCP's can then advise you on any follow-up steps you can take, such as setting up a complaints procedure. However, the direction is always up to you. What you tell a confidential contact person is strictly confidential and no action is taken unless you choose to do so.
